![]() He even gave me some type of prescript ion to calm things down. I had a doctor when I was younger and friskier suggest I had IBS. The doctor said "I can do the test, but you won't like it." I don't have the pain that I have seen mentioned with the spasms. I asked my tummy doctor about esophageal spasms and he didn't seem to think that was my problem. Several folks have answered since my post so let me first say "thanks." When I have all these sensations in my chest, it almost feels like my stomach is in my chest, but the doctors have said that doesn't happen.but it makes sense to me! Good luck to you! I've also wondered about a sliding hiatal hernia. Some people with IBS find that the calcium works just as well as the heavy-duty meds. So.if you're sure it's not your heart, I would try some calcium and see what happens. Who knows for sure, though? We could go crazy trying to figure this stuff out, right? The calcium seems to "firm" things up, which must stablize the intestines. I began taking 1200mg of Caltrate Plus a day, and these sensations went away completely!!! So I deduced that maybe what I was feeling were sensations from something like a spastic bowel. I was always surprised to feel a very regular pulse when I was having these sensations, because I could have sworn it was my heart. Do you know how to take your pulse? When you're feeling this in your chest, what is your pulse doing? Sometimes people have mitral valve prolapse, or intermittant runs of irregular heartbeats, and I would want to be sure that wasn't what you were feeling. Our transverse colon goes up real far, into our chests, and I'm sure whatever it does, can be transmitted to our lungs, heart, etc., and feel like it's coming from there.ĭid you have that sensation of fluttering when you had your holter monitor on? That's an important bit of info to know. These other sensations are painless.but very disconcerting! I would keep burping, and it would help a little, but not for long. I also get esophogeal spasms, but they hurt really bad. ![]() It definitely felt something like the irregular heartbeats I would also occasionally get. It's a very strange, irritating feeling! For me, it was like I was pumped up with air in my chest, then it was suddenly released. I finally figured out that it's just a transmission of perhaps gas or spasms in my upper GI tract, to my chest. My main symptoms with IBS/Gerd, were diarrhea, incredible bloating, and a sensation of a small animal living in my chest! None of the doctors I went to, ever had any suggestions about that last symptom. ![]() It's titled "Are Strange sensations in chest part of IBS?". I started a topic about this on the Irritable Bowel forum here, so you might check it out.

Fallout 4 spectre m410/7/2023 To commence fire one simply releases the cocking handle from its notch and then pulls the trigger. To avoid this, the MP5 cocking handle can be locked in the rear position in a specially purposed slot, allowing the bolt to stay in open position, with no cartridge in the chamber. The MP5 is fires only from a closed bolt for improved accuracy, but this does limit the amount of sustained fire available due to barrel overheating problems and resulting cooking-off of rounds in the chamber. The position levers, ambidextrous or not, are marked with letters, digits or icons. The trigger units on the MP5 are hinged to the receiver and are now available with multiple fire mode options, including 2 settings (Safe, Semi-auto), 3 settings (Safe, Semi-auto, Full Auto) or 4 (Safe, Semi, Limited burst of 2 or 3 rounds and Full auto). It shares the same basic design, with stamped steel receiver and same roller-delayed blowback action, derived from the post-war CETME rifles, originated by the German designer Ludwig Vorgrimler. The MP5 is really no more than a scaled-down version of the Heckler & Koch G3 battle rifle. It seems that no other modern SMG at this time can rival the MP5 in popularity as the UZI is not manufactured anymore. It’s based on the high quality and reliability of the gun, great single-shot accuracy (thanks to its closed bolt action), great flexibility of use and of course, good marketing. the German Army (Bundeswehr) did not originally adopt the MP5, probably for economical reasons, and turned instead to Belgian made UZI submachine guns! The only real historical rival to the MP5 in terms of its proliferation across the world, is the famous Israeli UZI submachine gun. Here’s a real head-scratcher. MP5 is still manufactured in Germany by Heckler & Koch itself, and also licensed out to Greece, Iran, Pakistan and Mexico. Over the years MP5 were adopted by huge numbers of police, security and military forces around the world, including the German police and border guard, British police and elite Army SAS units, American police, FBI, Navy and Marine Corps, and many, many others. The trigger units were also upgraded – from original stamped steel with plastic grip to all plastic units, integral with the grip, with various fire modes and markings. Other improvements made over that time concerned the magazines – early magazines were straight box type, later ones were of curved box type for improved reliability. Some years later HK slightly upgraded the design of the MP5, swapping the sights from flip-up open notch rear and blade front to drum-type diopter rear and hooded post front. The muzzle was also changed, the two slot muzzle compensator was changed to a three-lug QD silencer mount without a compensator. It was originally available in two forms – MP5 with fixed buttstock and MP5A1 with retractable buttstock. In 1966, the West German Police and Border Guard (‘Bundesgrenzschutz’) adopted the HK 54, designating it as the MP5. The Heckler und Koch MP5 submachine gun is perhaps the most famous and widespread firearm of its class to be developed since the Second World War.ĭevelopment of the MP5 began circa 1964 under the company designation HK MP-54, or simply HK 54. 40 Smith & Wesson (10x22mm), 10mm Auto (10x25) 9mm Luger - 9x19 Luger / Parabellum Heckler und Koch MP5 submachine gun (Germany) Note that both types of stocks are shown – fixed A2 type and retractable A3 type.Ĭlick here for an exploded view of the MP5 (65Kb JPEG) The visual difference between trigger units: left -earliest type stamped steel with plastic grip (converted from the semi-auto only civilian gun HK 94, with American markings on selector) middle – early type all-plastic with S-E-F markings right – most recent all plastic design of the ‘A4’ variation, with additional 3 round burst facility and icon markings. Electric piezo guitar setup10/7/2023 Some people use normal six string pickups. Specialised coil pickups for Cigar Box Guitar will have three ( or four) magnets. Usually there is one magnet standing upright under each guitar string. Single coil pickups contains magnets with a coil of wire wrapped around them. A transducer is a device that converts a physical measurement into an electrical signal. It is a type of magnetic transducer used in electric guitars. What Are Single Coil Pickups?Ī Single Coil Pickup detects a metal string moving near it. Remember, if you want to amplify percussive sounds, tapping the box like a drum for instance, you will need a piezo rather than a coiled pickup. Piezo pickups use the piezoelectric effect to change the pressure or force it detects into an electrical signal. It is used in electroacoustic guitars and cigar box guitars. Rules for hearts card game10/7/2023 ![]() Scoring for the winning team is done by adding up all the points from opposing partner’s hands. If you remember good, old PCs featuring Windows XP, you probably remember the game of hearts as well. If you play a Draw Two or Wild Draw Four card, your opponent has to draw the number of cards required, and then play immediately resumes back on your turn.įor four players (two-partner teams), players sit opposite their partners, and play until one of either partner goes out with one Uno card left. Play Skip, and you may immediately play another card The final two players then challenge each other (under Two Player rules) until someone reaches 500 points and loses.įor two players, there is a slight change of rules: Players reaching 500 points (or any designated amount) are slowly eliminated until only two are left. This is done by keeping a running tally of the total points left in each player’s hand at the end of each round. This is the alternative Uno gameplay proposed by Mattel. The first player to attain 500 points wins the game. “Draw Two" – 20 Points, “Reverse" – 20 Points, “Skip" – 20 Points, “Wild" – 50 Points, and “Wild Draw Four" – 50 Points. All number cards are the same value as the number on the card (e.g. All opponents’ cards are given to the winner and points are counted. When a player no longer has any cards and the game ends, he receives points. If not, the challenger needs to draw 6 cards instead. If you play this card illegally, you may be challenged by the other player to show your hand. With this card, you must have no other alternative cards to play that matches the color of the card previously played. Wild Draw Four – This acts just like the wild card except that the next player also has to draw four cards. It can be played regardless of whether another card is available. The player has to state which color it will represent for the next player. Wild – This card represents all four colors, and can be placed on any card. If turned up at the beginning, the first player loses his/her turn.ĭraw Two – When a person places this card, the next player will have to pick up two cards and forfeit his/her turn. Skip – When a player places this card, the next player has to skip their turn. Reverse – If going clockwise, switch to counterclockwise or vice versa. Normally, everyone tries to be the first one to achieve 500 points, but you can also choose whatever points number to win the game, as long as everyone agrees to it.Īction Cards: Besides the number cards, there are several other cards that help mix up the game. Once a player has no cards remaining, the game round is over, points are scored, and the game begins over again. If they are caught not saying “Uno” by another player before any card has been played, the player must draw two new cards. The moment a player has just one card they must yell “UNO!”. The game continues until a player has one card left. The other type is where players continue to draw cards until they have a match, even if it is 10 times. The Official Uno Rules states that after a card is drawn the player can discard it if it is a match, or if not, play passes on to the next player. There are two different ways to play regarding drawing new cards. At any time, if the Draw Pile becomes depleted and no one has yet won the round, take the Discard Pile, shuffle it, and turn it over to regenerate a new Draw Pile. The exceptions are if the Wild or Wild Draw Four cards are turned up, in which case – Return them to the Draw Pile, shuffle them, and turn over a new card. Note: If the first card turned up from the Draw Pile (to form the Discard Pile) is an Action card, the Action from that card applies and must be carried out. You can also play a Wild card, or a Wild Draw Four card on your turn. Otherwise, the game moves on to the next person in turn. If the player has no matches or they choose not to play any of their cards even though they might have a match, they must draw a card from the Draw pile. You can also play a Wild card (which can alter current color in play). For instance, if the Discard Pile has a red card that is an 8 you have to place either a red card or a card with an 8 on it. You have to match either by the number, color, or the symbol/Action. Every player views his/her cards and tries to match the card in the Discard Pile. The first player is normally the player to the lef t of the dealer (you can also choose the youngest player) and gameplay usually follows a clockwise direction. The top card should be placed in the Discard Pile, and the game begins! Next to the pile a space should be designated for a Discard Pile. The rest of the cards are placed in a Draw Pile face down. ![]() Every player starts with seven cards, and they are dealt face down.
